CANCELATIONS
You will receive an appointment confirmation 72-hours prior to your appointment, and a reminder 24-hours prior. I request at least a 72-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If notice is not given 48-hours prior, or an appointment is missed, you will be subject to a rebooking fee. Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48-hours will be subject to a rebooking fee 25% of the original appointment cost. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments less than 24- hours, will be subject to a rebooking fee 50% of the original appointment cost. All rebooking fees will be due at the time of rescheduling. Two missed appointments (with no notice) will result in a guest no longer being allowed to book an appointment. RUNNING BEHIND?
I understand life gets in the way sometimes. If you feel you’re going to be late for an appointment, I ask that you make me aware as soon as possible. Please understand that I may have to make adjustments to the provided services based on the time available. With that being said, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
HAIR ADJUSTMENTS AND PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Your happiness is my top priority. I always want you to be happy with your hair. While I always strive to achieve your hair goals, I am human and there is no magic wand. There will be times when adjustments will need to be made. If you are unhappy with a service, or there is something you would like adjusted with your hair, please let me know before leaving the salon, or within 5 days of your appointment, and I will be happy to make those changes for you. However, if notice is made after those 5 days, or your hair has been altered by you or someone else, you will no longer be offered a complimentary adjustment and would need to reschedule a new appointment at full cost.
I do not offer refunds on products or services. However, I am happy to exchange any product that does not meet your expectations, within 10 days of purchase.
